Aaron Lerner is a Senior Tax Manager in the Real Estate Services Group at EisnerAmper LLP
and has over 10 years of experience serving both public and private clients. Aaron provides tax
compliance and advisory services to a variety of real estate clients, including, private equity real
estate funds, commercial and residential real estate companies, hotels, and condominiums. In
addition, he has experience in developing tax saving strategies for owning and operating
properties and structuring and negotiating complex sales, and acquisitions. Aaron’s diverse
experience includes providing tax compliance and reporting (including dividend reporting) for
REITs, real estate funds, and operating entities as well as tax due diligence for real estate
purchases. His experience also includes both domestic and international investors.
