Adv. Tzafrir handles a variety of complex corporate and finance transactions, including public offerings in stock exchanges in Israel, London, New York, and Warsaw, as well as other foreign stock exchanges. In addition, Adv. Tzafrir also handles cross border merger and acquisition transactions, private placements, franchise agreements and complex infrastructure agreements, including unique public funded BOT and BOO projects.
Adv. Amir Tzafrir is an international expert in the capital markets field, and has accrued considerable expertise in the issuance of securities by Israeli companies on various stock exchanges worldwide, particularly NASDAQ, the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), and the London Stock Exchanges (LSE, AIM). In recent years, Adv. Tzafrir has been leading numerous American real estate companies’ issuances in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). He maintains extensive working relations with various entities in this sector, and is the first contact of choice for companies seeking to issue bonds in Israel.
