David Marks is an Acquisition and Development Manager at Silverstein Properties Inc, a privately held, full-service real estate development, investment and management firm based in New York. In his role, David acts as the development manager for One West End, a mixed-use development located in the Upper West Side of Manhattan. In addition, David focuses on pursuing new development and investment opportunities in New York and other markets of interest. Prior to his current role, David managed the overseas real estate investments portfolio for Israel’s largest insurance company, Migdal, where he led the acquisition of over $1 billion of commercial real estate across Europe and the USA. David is very passionate about education and is a guest speaker at the Hunter College Pre-Business program.
