Dvir Cohen Hoshen is a co-founder and managing partner of Adam America Real Estate (AARE).
Mr. Cohen Hoshen has been involved in the New York real estate market since 2010, having sourced and managed over 31 residential and commercial projects in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens on behalf of AARE.
Prior to co-founding Adam America, Mr. Cohen Hoshen served as the founder and CEO of Adama Holding Public LTD, a real estate development company in Central and Eastern Europe, which developed approximately 1,700 residential units in Romania.
Mr. Cohen Hoshen has subsequently crafted Adam America as a vertically integrated owner, developer, and operator of residential real estate in the New York metropolitan area which identifies unique investment opportunities and manages all phases of development projects in-house.
Adam America Real Estate is currently one of Brooklyn’s most active residential developers by number of projects, with approximately 31 value add renovation and development projects launched since 2010.
The company is involved in and focuses on both rental and condominium developments in prime New York City neighborhoods.
AARE’s current New York City development portfolio includes 22 projects with approximately 1,445 rental apartments, approximately 746 condominium units, and over 75,000 square feet of commercial space.
