Elsa Ben-Shimon is a commercial real estate attorney at Duval & Stachenfeld LLP (“D&S”). Elsa has developed an expertise spanning many key areas of commercial real estate law, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings (representing both borrowers and lenders) and joint ventures (representing both money partners and operating partners). More recently, Elsa’s practice has focused on helping Israeli investors expand their investments in US real estate on the debt and equity side.

Elsa received her L.L.B. from Tel Aviv University and holds a Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. She is admitted to practice in New York and Israel and is fluent in Hebrew and French. Elsa was named by Super Lawyers as a New York Metro Rising Star for 2016.
