Eran Rolls was born in 1966 and raised in Kiryat Motzkin in the north of Israel. He is married to Irit and father of four.

After completing his military service in the Nahal Brigade and the intelligence unit, he started working as a salesman at Ytong Industries.

In 1993, Eran established the Building College which offered construction management courses for individuals.

In 1999, he purchased the Israeli Building Center from the government of Israel together with his partner, a company that was previously owned by the Ministry of Construction and Housing.

Together, they turned the Israeli Building Center into one of the main junctions of Israeli economy and a central business intersection of the real estate arena.
In 2006, Eran was named as one of “The Young & Promising Businessmen” of The Marker magazine.

In 2009, he was chosen to be the most connected businessman in the Israeli market by Globes magazine.
Eran considers Zionist Jewish identities as the core values of Israeli society and encourages activities for cherishing those values.

Eran is a member of numerous foundations and non-profit organizations in Israel:
“Israeli Journey” – Member of the Executive Committee
“Beit Hillel” Bringing Judaism Back to the Center – Member of the Executive Board
“Bat Melech” Foundation – providing physical shelter, legal aid and psychological assistance for women who have been abused physically and emotionally by their husbands.
