Chani Horowitz -

Chani Horowitz is a real estate developer with extensive field experience and a rich track record of success in the development, marketing and management of real estate projects. Horowitz has been active in real estate for over a decade and has gained a reputation for her buildings’ luxury, reliability and quality.

She is a graduate of a prestigious college of science in northern England, and studied interior design at an extension of the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

In 2002, she established a marketing and project management system in Florida, Las Vegas and Philadelphia. In 2006, she founded Horowitz Pacific West, a company that sold land, buildings and residential luxury apartments, in cooperation with real estate companies and investment groups, in Israel and abroad.

In 2008, she co-founded the company, Migdalim, and established a number of impressive projects in Israeli’s high-demand areas.
